Elk Hill Equestrian River Trail Campground is a Michigan state forest campground in Otsego County, in the northwest region of the state, at an elevation of about 890 feet. It has vault toilets but no electric, water, or sewer hookups, no flush toilets, no showers, and no wi-fi. The campground can be reserved in advance. It sits well off the beaten path, with the nearest stores, restaurant, and gas station roughly ten miles away and hospital services about fifteen miles out.
