Glidden Lake State Forest Campground is a Michigan state forest campground in Iron County, in the Upper Peninsula, at an elevation of 1363 feet. Sites here do not have electric, water, or sewer hookups, and there are vault toilets rather than flush toilets or showers. There is no Wi-Fi. Despite the rustic setup, sites can be reserved in advance. The nearest town with a grocery store, gas station, and restaurant is roughly five miles away, while RV repair is about twenty-two miles out, so campers should come prepared for a fairly remote, no-frills stay in the forest.
