Lake Margrethe State Forest Campground is a Michigan state forest campground in Crawford County, in the northwest region of the state, at an elevation of 1137 feet. Sites do not have electric, water, or sewer hookups, and there are no showers or Wi-Fi. Vault toilets are available on site. The campground can be reserved in advance. The nearest town with groceries, fuel, and a restaurant is about five miles away, while RV repair is roughly sixteen miles out at K&D RV Center.
